hellen Oct 2008 8:02pm, 17 Oct 2008 4,330 posts	hellen very organised lums, is that the caffene LS? My plan is to have a Caffeine one in lap 1 and then a nice bottle of cranberry and mango for lap 2. The Caffiene takes about an hour to work so no point having that lap 2. Towards the end of marathons I often feel a bit sick or my stomach feels it doesnt want anything so I cant take gels. I do need energy though so if I have a drink I really like I am more likely to take it. (will put a bit of salt in it)!
