Couch potato-ing for a week, eating loads of starchy stuff does bring on this lethargy. I get it before every marathon and i've got it now. Feel like a fat blimp. The way i try to visualise it is all the potatoes, pasta and bread i've eaten so far this week are filling up each leg with energy for Sunday. Will just top it off with gammon steak and chips, then apple pie and custard on saturday night. Hope everyone else's "ailments" are minor now.
