Ohh noooo stuart (((()))) get well soon, gutted for you L

(((some more for treacle’s lurgies))) (but from afar so as not to catch it!LOL)

Thanks for advice re: loo situation…..that’s exactly what I usually do for races, no fluid for a few hours beforehand so I start off ‘empty’ LOL….just worried I’ll need to go en-route if I drink loads,…I suppose a bush will have to suffice if needs be!LOL

Last run done here too. 4 miles, slap bang on optimum race pace for Sunday (8min milies). Went through 1000 miles for the year too. Big ups to me ;)

Next time I run will be the biggie :) Looking forward to it, with a hint of trepidation. (I take this to be a sign of sanity :) )

Its a very similar technique going behind bushes to going behind parked cars!!!! The thing about going behind parked cars is they are usually on the road/concrete, the wee doenst soak in like behind a bush so you get a bit of spray so best not sqaut too low and try to pee more slowly!!!!!! Maybe a bit of practice is required!!!!

the other thing is that if you feel a bit of an urge at say 15 miles then best to go cos if you leave it and then have to go at 22 it might be more difficult to stand up again!!!
