Possibly a gentle loop or two round the block on Saturday morning, just to get things moving but that's all for me until Sunday. 16 degrees is a bit too warm for me, for the later miles, hopefully it'll be overcast! I'm packing my bag tonight - yay!

Then we're nearly there at Fetchpoint To see the flags unfurled At 23 my runner's knee Will do the hokey cokey It's ruining my running style But I'm chasing a fit blokie At 26 and just a bit, we're finished but there's hurties Let's wear our medals , have a hug And wave our Fetchie Shirties John Betjeman I believe.
