Abingdon Marathon 2008 - It's back!

kstuart Oct 2008 12:22pm, 15 Oct 2008 1,519 posts	kstuart a tad under 6 mins done at 9:30 pace i the dry at first the rain for the second half of the run nice and easy and lazy, something similar tomorrow. Well perhaps a little shorter but with faster bursts thrown in then nowt til sunday unless i'm a little stiff from the drive down then i'll do a short few miles to loose off perhaps

However, this week I did hills on mon on the TM for 20 mins, intervals last night (ooops shouldnt have done that but when I set off I forgot about having done hills on mon - RW has intervals on tue). Will just do 4 MP on thur and that will be it for me
