hellen Oct 2008 10:07am, 10 Oct 2008 4,250 posts	hellen dont worry , I am a bit difficult really because I have a dairy prob as well as being veg, a bit is ok but not as much as in a cheese sauce!! If I have some protein bars for after the run then chips will prob be fine!!
