Ultra Kazzaaaaah!! Oct 2008 1:50pm, 9 Oct 2008 3,147 posts	Ultra Kazzaaaaah!! Mick, behave yourself!! Prob aim for around 4.30 pace. Even tho' last week's mara was a mile and a half short I was on 4.40 pace and could have run faster tbh. PB is 4.14 but not in that shape at the mo.
