Abingdon Marathon 2008 - It's back!

I've done all my training with it as I don't like carrying a bottle for that time as I get a sore elbow. About to go out for my 16m, thought I would try running at 9am seeing as that is when it starts.

It was very odd just running 8 miles this morning - my legs were saying 'where's the rest of the run?' when I'd finished! I don't really feel like I've done anything at all! And Mick - you're absolutely right:-)
