Max71 Sep 2008 3:11pm, 27 Sep 2008 20,370 posts	Max71 Cracking 20.48 miler today. I am totally geared up for this race now...just me and my metronomic running, lost in my own world. On the day, I am planning on feeling like I did today...head in a good place.....watered and carb loaded to perfection....I even like running in the sunshine now. Which is just as well, in light of the fact both my other marathons have been in the heat.
