MarkC Sep 2008 5:23pm, 21 Sep 2008 1,577 posts	MarkC 20 miles done 'n' dusted for me in 3:12. Made the mistake of taking water rather than sports drink and conked out somewhat at about 15 miles. Rather warm too. Still, that's a good run in the bag. Did some SERIOUS damage to roast lamb with all the trimmings and a lurvley glass of red wine Now need snooze. Well done Fanny!

Sep 2008 8:57pm, 21 Sep 2008 5 posts	ah im secretly hoping for some light drizzle...keeps me cool! if the weather is anything like new forest today i will have to have words with mr blue sky. first 20M of new forest mara in 3:20 then walked for 3.7M then jogged to the end - apart from the sprint finish of course, couldnt resist
