However said bad back is feeling much much better today, so I guess Abingdon may be OK, however I've missed a chunk of training... Fingers crossed for you getting better to do it as well Ian! I think we all need wrapping in cotton wool.

The percentage of injured runners will be the same with any marathon. The strain of the intensive high training mileage makes for a hard event. Hope you are all fixed soon.
