RFJ Jul 2008 6:13pm, 16 Jul 2008 521 posts	RFJ Havent popped in for a while, trg is plodding along, upto 15m in reasonable comfort now, speed work is a struggle due to ankle, which could yet rule me out, all depends on when surgery wil be.... but in the mean time am allowed to run on it, as really only affects my walking and not my running....
