I would express concern at this. Abingdon is a very long way off, and I don’t know any coach or seasoned marathoner who would be recommending really long runs just yet. If you haven’t got a coach then I would advise you to take a look at some of many schedules around by RW, Hal Higdon etc, and have a chat with some of the experienced marathons on here. Please take it easy at this stage. I want to see you running at Abingdon in October, not on the injured bench. Thanks.
