kind of, I am not actually thinking about it much other than trying to do 1 or 2 LSr's of 15/16m a month so that when I start building up the LSR the leap to 20 doesn't seem that much.
With FLM 07 it was all a bit of a shock. I'd done about 10 x 13m, one disastrous crawl home on all fours 16m and a 15. Then suddenly it was 18, 19, 20 - Marathon.
So far in the last few weeks I've done 2 x 15, 1 x 16 and Saturday did 13m AM - and 7m PM. I do have one eye on the Sub 4, but also I want to finish the whole thing running instead of barely surviving as i did in thelast 4m of FLM.

Cups RFJ. Thames Water will be supplying lovely fresh water....but not bottles...so it'll be cups. Abingdon aint as big as FLM and can't be fussy as to where it get's it's free water supplies.
Practice drinking from a cup in training. Failing that there's a few duck ponds on route.

RFJ - failing that, the personal drinks supply table ... or the fab support crews who will pass you bottles ...
Cake - Mrs S made her roobarb cake. I now weight as much as six African villages.
Also - my CPH result was better than my spring result in 2006. I.e. there is hope for a sub 4 at Abingdon come autumn (so I try to delude myself anyway)

Thanks LOTTL, thought that was so, will sort out own drinks then probably, (doesnt deter from the event in any way what-so-ever). mmmmm duck water (same as Thames is it not or am I not allowed to say that, but have sampled Thames water before and lived so cant be too bad....)
Will have to plan now..... Oh no.....
So you are catching me up then on the villages..... I must weigh 10 by now....!

Can we have a couple of bottles around the course? i.e. can we put a few bottes in labelled with our names and which drinks station they need to go to?

Best bit about the Abingdon course is the drinks stations that also supply sweets even though the signs have said that they're supplying water only.
