Response: Unfortunately not, we have a session in the athletics area that we call Golden Time, this is a period of time that we are not able to take exclusive booking for any group or club so that our athletics members and customers are able to drop in during these times and they know they will gain access to the facilities. Golden Time finishes at 20.00 on Friday and as such I cannot take an exclusive booking for you until that time. You are of course welcome to come along during Golden Time and use the track but all participants would need to pay a drop in fee at the desk and we cannot guarantee that you would get 2 lanes to yourselves. If you would still like to go ahead with a booking from 20.00 please let us know and we will arrange that for you and if you have any queries please just ask. DO WE? |
