I was offered to learn how to tattoo in my dream last night. The person who offered isn’t a tattoo artist in real life but was in the dream. I was tempted but explained I had no artistic talent.

I also went to a shop to buy specialist weight training equipment and shoes, mainly for men. They explained it was a couples event so they had stuff for women too. I didn’t buy anything. They were making chickens (live ones in a machine) for tea. I’m vegan.

A mixture of work, jigsaws and crime drama last night (I’ve been rewatching LOD) so my dream last night involved handovers of areas of responsibility (following a new team member) through putting jigsaw shaped pieces together and then a lot of people getting shot!

OMGosh a really weird anxiety dream 2 nights ago - I bought an art work, I think it was online or at an auction and it was £22 million! And I was stressing about how I could pay for it, or could I sell it straight away for enough cover the cost. Then I remembered the auctioneer fee is 10% or more, so I could still be out by £2.2M and where would I get that kind of money.

Meaning: general money worries? :-) G

I would think so Happy. Anxiety over getting overwhelmed by the mortgage or something? I am prone to overspending on art...

Hann, I don't spend on *anything* (well, very little). I am a terrible miser! But I am aware we have a big mortgage (though manageable), very little savings and virtually non-existent pension, so yip, I'm always worried about money. Unfortunately (or fortunately - it's useful to have at least one of us with a sunny, positive outlook!) MrsS(rrr) doesn't have quite the same views. So she lives for now and spends when she wants to. She also earns good money and works very hard, but I'd just like to have put more of it in savings. Live now, you might be dead tomorrow is her sort of philosophy! Doesn't "believe in" pensions! :-) G

I am with MrsGrrr Happy. I learnt from nearly dying. Then my mum died with loads of money in the bank we didn't know she had, as she was always worried about not having enough to pay the bills. A life wasted on anxiety...
So both my sister and I have a different outlook. We are spending our unexpected inheritance! On good things... But also on a holiday etc

We’d had some repairs/decorating done (it was repairs/structural work at the beginning of the dream but looked like wallpapering at the end!) and after the workman had gone, checking we were happy, i put up some truly horrendous edging paper on a small bit of the wall (the kind I had in the 90s.) The next day an ex colleague came over to see it and it was all peeling off. My husband had slept downstairs on some boxes and watched it come loose. I was embarrassed as the wall underneath looked terrible.

I’m sure that’s a deep and meaningful one!
