A Good Cup of Coffee

Lots of small samples of different types. Have to say the £25 cost of the machine has been money very well spent. Hopefully I will identify a preferred style from the gift pack.

It's been nice sharing this with her, though we both agree it's hard to discern the right tasting notes unless you go for a powerful espresso shot, instead of our usual aeropress Americano with milk. They have all made pretty decent mugs of our breakfast brew.

If I upgraded to a bean to cup machine (and found the money to) it could be a goer but I value simplicity really highly, and am put off by their complexity - plus as I only drink coffee black I don’t need anything too flashy. I believe there are gizmos to hand grind the beans so maybe I’ll get one of them in the new year.
