I've run so much they have worn away :-)

Or I'm getting old and I'll be stooped and 4 ft tall very soon...

I always have to get half a size larger than my nowmal shoe size when buying trainers. My feet swell up a little during and after a run, nothing worse than feeling as though they are in a vice lol
