I made it at last - 750 miles target reached today with a very cool (ie perishing cold) run of 7.61 miles at the crack of dawn - which isn't really very early at the moment.

At lunchtime I did a 4.1 easy run with 8x40 sec. strides/intervals whatever. I'm hoping to run in the Fun-Run in our tiny village on Boxing Day. It's not properly measured but by my rough calculation (courtesy of the 'Fetch' Routes measurement) it's about 3.32 miles.

I was wanting to do a couple of miles last night but my head ruled and not my heart as I decided that it was not really sensible or safe. Keep the miles ticking over everyone but take care!
