FML - I don't remember seeing you at Fetchpoint. Did you come to Team 1? You might have missed us. At any rate, I still have two squashed pieces of Soreen waiting for you ;-)

I sorted out my training plan for Amsterdam yesterday.

I'm not sure what training to do for Kent Roadrunner, though. Bint - any thoughts?

I did PaulaMc. I was the one who had oranges and then asked for extra oranges.

Sorry if I didn't introduce myself... was just so relieved to get to fetchpoint

I'm so happy that you enjoyed FMLM this year, FML :-) your intermittent company did help the last couple of miles pass but there was no way I could do a last 800m sprint like you managed!

The 700 social is very difficult to organise this year!
I've just been reminded that LD and Rosehip will be doing the BUPA 10k with me in 6 weeks so I will get to meet them then :-)

that is a brilliant pic Bint, super smiley :)

Star, I don't know much about achilles tendonitis so don't really know about being out etc, have a feeling I may not be able to do the 10 miler at the end of the month but haven't really looked at advice. I have bought tumble drier balls to massage bottom of feet as massage therapist told me to but I am going to keep doing classes and taking the low impact options until I see my lovely friend the podiatrist and she confirms that is what it is before stopping all together (is that daft, I don't know?!!) It feels quite a lot like the plantar faciitis (sp?) I had about seven years ago though and for that I stuck to spinning, swimming and weights for three or four weeks and bought new trainers and it hasn't come back, maybe I ought to just buy new trainers, hmmmmm

in other news, I went to the zoo yesterday, the sun shone and it was lovely but the funniest bit was all the mums trying to explain to the little kids why one of the chimps had stuck his finger up anothers bottom then licked it clean, so glad I am middle aged with more grown up kids :)
