I am also full of curry, but a very mild bland Korma as BigMac wanted to try curry. She had one bit and said she hated it. Doh!!!! Distance run tonight :5k Time: ~25 mins Weather: lovely Number of hot air balloons sighted:3 Number of flies swallowed:3 Overall I'd call that a good run. I really hope this is the start of a good "run" of running. The start of this year has been a disaster.

Totally my fault, think my few weeks off have left me a bit rusty Luckily there were only other cyclists around and as it was of those slo-mo comedy falls pride was hurt more than body! All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
