Blimey, you lot are chatty.

Happy Anniversary, macapple :-)

Star - be really careful. I ran two marathons when I wasn't fit and broke myself for 3 months each time.

In other news, I did my first run since Saturday.

Just 4 miles. Legs are still a wee bit tired and sore but it feels good to be running again.
A nice, easy bimble round VLM on Sunday is on the cards. No looking at Garmin.

*peeps at Bints training log*

Was that a sprint finish or was you catching a bus?

Ha! I had to go back and look what you meant, FML.
Not sprinting for a bus. Not sure what happened there :-)

I had to wait a while for the bus so I did stretching at the bus stop whilst people gawped at me.

Think you should have said loudly and kept repeating

'Feel the burn, love the burn' :)

No, they were just gawping a SDW50 awesomeness. Would have been better if she'd been wearing the T-shirt of course.

Isn't VLM just a long run to work for you Bint?
