Ran to physio, ran back. 5 miles something round trip. It was hard and so was the physio. Think I have been running too much.

Rest day tomorrow and will probably swim on Thurs. Still have my blackheart though. Hooray!

Alright gonks. I'm waiting for the plumber to try to sort out a leak in the top room en-suite. He's been there a while. Hoping it's not anything too bad - there's slate tiles in there....hoping my wallet doesn't get damaged!!

I'm going to run after he's gone. Looks nice out there still.......

Run/walked the 4 miles home from work.

Very much like the last 4 miles at Brighton on Sunday.

My legs feel pretty good but I'm very tired. I won't run tomorrow; may/may not run on Thursday; won't run on Friday. I will do parkrun on Saturday. I will rest properly on Sunday.

And then, next week, I will start thinking properly about what to do for Roadrunner.

2 miles on the treadmill - I've been stupidly stressed about my knee pain since Saturday's agony, rolling and icing every day and had to know how it was. The treadmill miles were OK, no pain but I can still feel it's not right. Just a couple of very short plods between now and Sunday (am thinking 3 miles Thurs and a gentle parkrun on Sat). Does that sound sensible?

Let's see how it is after a day walking round That London tomorrow! *goes to fetch rock tape*

Great track session tonight with the club - really enjoyed it :)
Do not stress Carp - take it easy, if I were you I would do nothing at all - it won't make a blind bit of difference and the rest might do you more good xx

Double bike commute successfully completed, although it was getting v cold by the time I got home. Nearly 28 miles in all. New saddle has arrived so hoping my boney backside will appreciate it. Would be nice if Wokingham BC actually bothered to fill in at least some of the potholes.

Running day tomorrow. Hope the tapir madness is setting in properly ;-)
