Morning everyone, what a chatty lot you were last night! I was out with my "girl"friends from EWO days - out for lunch *and* dinner in one day, what a social butterfly ;-)

Welcome to Fetch and the 700 thread timaru. You will need stamina to keep up with the thread, the 700 miles will be easy in comparison :-)

Hello :-)

Back to work today. I'm taking kit with me and might have a slow walk/run/bimble home. Legs are still a bit tired but better than expected after Sunday, so it'll help to stretch them out.

Hope all is well here.

Made it to work.... I got beasted by a little old man that asked if he could run with me along the river. I was breathing out my arse after the 4th mile. Never judge a book by its cover was the moral of that story :-)

Green jelly babies are the best! I always save a green one to have last on long runs or races :-) I'm not v. keen on the pink ones but they'll do.

Congrats to Footpad and PaulaMc on your marathon results.

Sorry your mother has been poorly rosehip, hope she continues to improve.

Swam this morning but only for 20 mins as I'd left it a bit late to get to work.

Agreed PP, tho I like black ones best.

As LD said, much chatting on here last night and some excellent running this weekend. Looking forward to reading blogs tonight.

Another one here with a wisdom tooth extraction pending :-(

Double full bike commute today, 12M each way- chilly but sunny first thing.

Right better get back to some work.
