Nice running Natty, well done :-)
Glad to hear your mum is improving rose hip.

My kids got hold of my phone in Ikea today, and by the time I had it back (about a minute!) they'd put a selfie of themselves on the screensaver! It just makes me smile when I turn the phone on!

Three-training-session-day today :-)
A short walk this morning (foot feels ok), a bike ride tonight, and my strengthening/pilates class.

Oh, and XH doesn't believe I've been riding my mtb. He wanted to take it over Easter for teen to ride but I said I needed it. He thought I was being difficult. I suppose I could have directed him to my training log, but I don't really care what he thinks. He's got some bee in his bonnet cos I said 'friend' and not the name of the person I might be cycling with (while she runs).

ha ha, there was some joke on my FB as it said 'I've done some general for 25 mins'. They thought the General was lucky!

25 minutes is quite a long time to be doing a General :-)

It depends on the definition I suppose. I said I'd be disappointed at 25 mins. ;-)
