Very swift and pain free actually.

I am sure it will ache later though.

Re Som's Loud Lady (which has absolutely nothing to do with my post above, that being addressed to Bint in sympathetic consideration of her tooth extraction), someone I knew was touring in France and one of the places where she stayed had a notice above the (double) bed reading "defense de pousser des cris de joie".

You would have thought the French would encourage that kind of thing :-)

morphine? Ibuprofen? Laudanum?
I'm off to Rebound in a sec. Haven't done it in weeks thanks to uni busyness, looking forward to it :)

Gentle 4 mile bimble in the rain today. Legs seem shot after a 'rest' week last week :-( Sure I'll feel better for it soon.
Kids away this week, so cycle commuting for the next three days if the weather isn't too bad.

Glad it wasn't too bad *bintwithonelesstooth*

Rest can be worse for legs sometimes, CStar! Gives everything a chance to seize up and start creaking :)
Rebound was beastly, loved it :)

I may or may not have just bought these wiggle.co.uk
I might have been in Sweatshop, and I might have found a £15 voucher that needed spending... but who's to know? ;)

Ooo pretty shoes :-)

I agree with Fleecy, CStar. I have to keep moving at the moment or my quads protest.
I have ice cream.
