I kind of couldnt be arsed going to tesco for anything for my tea, and I had bacon in fridge that needed using up - so I just put a load in the oven and ate it! you can have too much of a good thing - bleurgh

Went for a run in the forest but got wet, muddy, lost and nettled so finished up on the treadmill. Will do my proper LSR tomorrow. Kids off to my sister's for the week.

Tempted to start taking ibuprofen for my ITB. I dislike taking painkillers because I want to know how any injury is/isn't progressing but the antiinflammatory stuff might make the difference between being able to run London and DNFing.

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
