No news yet, they don't have info for the 26 mile checkpoint and only a few runners have come through at 33 miles. Fingers crossed!

I'm keeping an eye out for her too :-)

(((Carp))) that's a real shame. I'd never heard of the ITB before I started running; now I'm all too aware of the need to keep the bugger sweet.

I've just noticed that the bloke in 3rd place has so far smashed out over 30 miles at 1 second per mile slower than I did my Berkshire Mile last night :-)

I know Molesy, my jaw dropped when I looked at the front runners' times :-) And this is the South Downs Way, not noted for its flatness and smooth terrain :-0

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
