'Running makes me feel less like I want to kill people'

True for me at the moment, seem to be falling out with everyone.

Have I fallen out with anyone in here?

I went to aldi last night and nearly got a running -shirt but decided that I'll do a local 10k next weekend instead as you get a t-shirt for that.

I realised the other day that I was in the gym with my Ashby 20 hoody and London marathon t-shirt on. Both from 2009. Need new ones!!

Running the half tomorrow so there were no excuses not to volunteer at parkrun this morning, and this week I was also able to stay for coffee and cake. Got to hand out the finish tokens which was nice as you get to meet everyone and see the faster finishers finish. Managed not to drop the tokens everywhere. No I have broken my duck I hope to volunteer more regularly. Definitely recommend it those who are thinking about it.

yeah, volunteering is even better than running, all the fun and cake and none of the pain :) I particularly like giving out tokens, you see everyone from the fastest people to the slowest. And the dribblers. And the vomiters :)
