I am easing myself into it, I guess, Columba. I have been working on my form for a few years now and I think it's time to move from an 8mm drop to a 6mm drop. I have "racing shoes" that have a 4mm drop and which are so light they must be made from anti-matter but I need to get used to running more in them. |

Som - there are bananas, in the fruit bowl on my desk DQ - they're lovely. They look like they would taste minty. |

In Aldi earlier, and I noticed their running gear comes in tomorrow. Wondering about buying a cheap running top or two...I quite like the colours this year. Anyone rate or hate their stuff?

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2014 thread. Here is the groups link: http://www.fetcheveryone.com/groups-view.php?id=1147
All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
