"Don't exercise outside"? I missed that one. Not that I have. Exercised outside, I mean. What sort of pollution is/was it? I thought smog was a thing of the past since the Clean Air Act 195- something. *Adds comfortable cushion to the bench for Ev.* |

Definitely do the trail running LindsD. Like Bint says, it rocks I've just signed up for the Lakeland Trails people's Coniston Half marathon on the 7th of July and the Kielder marathon in October! I can't wait to do those two :-D I might even have to train properly and stuff! Where was all this smog going on? It's been quite pleasant all day in Cambridgeshire. |

Ahote - nice to see you didn't make a choice and just entered both. That's what I would do. 5 min lunch at my desk. Stinking out the office with my leftiver pasta with pine nuts and sardines

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2014 thread. Here is the groups link: http://www.fetcheveryone.com/groups-view.php?id=1147
All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
