Take care Linds - it's easy to overdo it and wonder why you feel weak & wobbly (in my experience!!)

I know Molesy. ;-) At least I was on the ball enough to realise at the time too. And of course I didn't tell anyone else, no, not at all!

You've reminded me to cancel my giving blood appointment tomorrow, I feel ok but still a bit of a cough and they get so twitchy if you're not feeling 150%...
Did a few cheeky 400m intervals on the way to school. Went ok, 7.20-7.30ish. Still umming and ahhing about whether to go for it at the mile...

Alright gonks.

Waste of an evening for me - had gym induction (part 2) booked in for Wednesday but had a call yesterday reminding me it was today. Assumed I'd just got it wrong, so set off from work a bit early.....got to the gym, nowhere to park, parked down the road and walked back to the gym, queued up as only one person serving. By the time I got served it was 15 minutes after my appointment and they said I would have to re-book. They then said I'm already booked in for Wednesday. Doh.

Now at home, going to have some food and chill. Legs are a lot better but still achy - plan is to do 3-4 miles tomorrow night. :-)

Sounds like some sort of an early April Fool's prank, Som.

LindsD - giving blood, not eating properly and then going swimming... Not a good idea, I definitely wouldn't have advised it.

So we are a quarter of the way to the 700 miles target, anybody on 175 miles for the year or above are doing just great. And anybody below 175 miles, you are doing great also and have loads of time to catch up so no need to panic, just yet.

Happy running everyone :-)

I just ran through fields of bright yellow rapeseed and fields of horses and up grassy hills and had views of the sea and my first run in over a year with no achilles niggle. Happy days :-)

Yay PP :)

Som, that's really irritating.

Take care Linds.

Annoying sort of day. Toothache got worse, no sleep, aaaages on phone to get dentist appointment, infection, antibiotics.
We are borrowing my Dad's car while they're away and it has sprung a large oil leak.
Gah!

Huzzah for non-niggly runs!
Oh dear, Carp. Did you think maybe it's not them, it's you? :)

PP - what a wonderful run. I see you're not allergic to rape pollen.

((Carpathius)) - and the worst of it is, these things usually happen in threes...
