For anyone who has ever used the Underground and who quite likes Blur.
This is making me smile today

PP - Cape to Cape - It's certainly A Bit Different.

I'd forgotten about the Vikings exhibition. I tried to go last time I was in That London, but it hadn't opened. I had been misled by all the advertising.

Did an interval session. Feeling chuffed, as it was faster than the last twice.

Have a good time bint.

PP, you are quite mad.

Well done on the speedwork, Columba.

I'm trying to work out whether to do more work or call it a week.

Have fun Bint :)

Excellent Columba :)

No running today for me. 20 in the morning :-o. The day has been filled with taking rubbis...er... donations to charity shops and getting teenagers to opticians appointments and dealing with T2's enormous dose of Attitude. So I packed him off home on the bus and T1 and I went and had mango tea and cake in Patisserie Valerie ( I did extend the offer to T2 but he was bored and wanted to go home).
