I think the latest name might be my fault :-p

I don't know if I need new shoes or not. I will soon as I'm wearing cheap New Balances and I think the cushioning is failing. They have about 350ish road miles in them, maybe more. I'm just wondering if a different pair will help with all the injuries.

Cycling, ugh! I cycled to work today, on my mtb as roadie has a slow puncture. I really don't enjoy that bike, it took me 17 minutes, on my roadie it takes 12-13. And it was so hard work, I was pretty knackered and it's less than three miles! Rained on the way home too.

CStar, I spent a lot of today waiting in for OH's Wiggle parcel (that sounds vaguely rude, sorry :-)) which didn't arrive, so you are talking to the already converted about cycling being *far* worse than running for shopping opportunities - sorry, "essential cycling needs" :-)

nearly all Mr B's purchases are bike related, luckily he works in the bike industry so usually gets good discount .. don't get me started on the number of bikes :-o
So, which ron hill trail top is it that is so good? Is it long or short sleeved?
