HONESTMACKEM Mar 2014 2:33pm, 25 Mar 2014 159 posts	Quote Pin HONESTMACKEM Just done my second good deed of the day...... 1 when running this morning I saw a dog which had been hit by a car, he was a bit shaken but was with owner and I carried him into car. 2 just had my haircut and saw a bloke in his 70s pushing his car and then slipped and went under, me and another fella ran over to help him up and pushed his car home. Might have to treat the family to takeaway tonight for my third!!

I won there of the four I was shortlisted for. And then I won the overall best dentist prize thing. There weren't any celebs, only dental people, though I suppose some are 'dental celebrities' Photos are on my Facebook, I'll see if I can get a link

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
