Then of to Aldershot for boys football lost 2-1 aaaarrghh. Home now chilling family off to roller hockey soon so 2 hrs of peace coming up yay. Congratulations Som on park run victory.

I used to come first in my age category :-((there's only 4 or 5 of us usually) I'm a bit miffed. I got token 169 but that position is "unknown" in the results table. Fancy doing me out of a position!

Ran the start fo the SDW50 route so from Worthing to Hassocks. Weird combination of sunshine and showers. And it was quite hilly. Saw lots of sheep and baby cows Found it tough going today. I think my body is ready for the taper now.

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
