Mr B is away too, working (riding his bike) at a cycling weekend thing. I do like time on my own but being a bit morose today, need to snap out of it!

Made a large deposit at the bottle bank - Fleecy if you can do that the morning after then you weren't trying hard enough last night - and then laughed at my 17yo son's attempt at making a tuna sandwich. Just about to pop out for a run before heading off to the ballet this evening.

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
