Not at all wrong, DBB.

You're not the only one at it. Read BaronessBL's blog about her park run :-)

Hello

Its very lively here on this thread. You turn your back and so much happens. I did Woodley parkrun and got a PB. Only just over 30 secs to go to get back to my real PB. Am sitting here with a slightly euphoric feeling about me ... or that could be the wine :-) Hope everyone's having a lovely day. I think I love running!!

I'm back from a very very windy track, I swear that thing has it's own microclimate, it's never been still up there. Anyway, all recalibrated and a pyramid session done. Unfortunately events happening earlier int the week mean I have to do my 7 mile run (my LSR nowadays!) tomorrow so I bet my legs are going to hate me in the morning :-)

I'm very jealous of the VLM Mags etc, I know it was my decision to turn down my ballot place and there was no way I'd have managed the training with illness/job etc, but it's still gonna smart on the day :-(

And DBB, everyone is fair game to out sprint at PR ;-)

very good idea :) think I'd better go walk the dog first though!

having dug over and raked the longjump pit this morning I dug over and raked my little veg path this afternoon. I couldn;t resist a lovely little run in the sun afterwards, my back is not happy :(

Do you have an athletics stadium in your back garden, Rosehip? :-)
