Good luck to everyone parkrunning today :-) And good luck (takes deep breath) to GM, PP, Philthet, Moles, Bint, CStar, Fleecy, Robroy and HermanBloom for tomorrow :-)

Need to dash off in a mo as I have to get a card and gift token into the post before midday.

Rest of today will be rugby and tomorrow will hopefully be a cycle and swim and then meeting up with a friend in the afternoon.

Scary parents remind me what I don't like football much, jacs. Hope everyone is OK today.

I can't wait for the postman to come in case mine arrives too :-)
That football match attack is shocking, jacs. I occasionally tell the pupils at our school why I dislike football so much. It causes so much upset and unkindness, but that outburst was dreadful.
Good luck to this weekend's racers. I'm doing the 10k but won't get a PB. I'm not quite on sub 60 form and it's going to be a windy day on an exposed rural route. However, I will enjoy the amble. Running Buddy is one of the marshalls, so we're going to meet up when she's done and go for another run afterwards as I'm supposed to be doing a few more than 6m according to the training plan. I doubt I'll do another 10 miles, but 5 would be better than nothing.

Sorry to hear that Jacs. Fraid that's why I've always been a rugby man. let's leave the (controlled!) violence to the players.

That's absolutely awful, your poor boys :-( , makes me glad I only have ballet to watch.

I'm just waiting for my lunch to settle then I'm off to the track to do some intervals and recalibrate my Garmin ad I replaced its battery last week and it's gone a bit nuts. In fact. I thought it dead as I got an error message once I'd put the new battery in that Google informed me meant it was kaput!!!! Luckily, more googling and some tin foil resuscitated it, phew.

Getting a marathon race number in the post is a good thing :-)

I have just entered a marathon where I hope to come in the top 50 :-0 (No guesses for how many people can enter :-p)

Good luck to all the racers tomorrow, have a blast.
