Definitely PP.

Funnily enough I was just thinking today about how to arrange meeting up. Good shout.

And the same spot post run but all you speedy types will have to wait for me as my target time is 1:59:59 but I have hurt my back so it could be a DNS or DNF :-0

Oh no PP. Lots of ibruprofen and Fleecy will give you a rub down with a chamois leather. That should get you round.

Legs might be starting to remember what they are for.

Just back from the same 4 mile loo

Legs might be starting to remember what they are for.

Just back from the same 4 mile loop that I ran 2 weeks ago. Except this time I did it without two walk breaks and a whole minute faster.

With parkrun on Saturday that's a whole 7 miles that I've run in 3 days.

I think I need a sit down and a rest.

For about two months. :)

Ran home. Was a bit colder than I expected. Still, more miles on the clock.

Salmon and noodles for dinner.

I have 'cleaning under the bed' on the agenda for this evening. Woo hoo.

Only 693 to go Stander.

Careful what you might find under the bed Paula :-0

I just did an easy swim and a sauna and jacuzzi session to help ease my back, it feels much better already.

Good: I did get out for a short run.
Bad: I ran like a very old woman wading through treacle and carrying a donkey on her back.

Apart from that it was great :-)
