Evening all; I'm back again. I'm glad to see the usual level of insanity still holding strong, despite my absence. I did a few runs when I was away - I mean the running sort - but I'm not running again until Monday, because the tail-end of a cold etc. is warranting a break.

I logged in to find notifications of bets having been placed on me - it's a good job it's not real money!

No parkrun as I'm iof to visit the folks this morning - although if I could get daughter out of bed early enough I could do Peterborough parkrun on the way - well one of these days!

Have a great run PP and Bint - looks like a nice day for a run over the downs :)

I'm awake. Do I actually drag my sorry arse out the door and parkrun? Will involve ploughing through boxes in shed where much of my stuff is in temporary storage to find my barcode.

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
