Brought kit to work, intending to run home, then hubby phones to say he needs me to check out the suit he might be getting for Daughter's wedding, so we arrange to do that this evening as it's late night shopping and we're scuppered for time otherwise. Which means I have to meet him from the train. Bang goes the run home! Never mind, I'll just have to have a full week of rest and start again on Saturday. It'll probably do me good. Sending positive vibes to all those who are feeling down in the dumps, injured or lurgified. Hope you improve very soon.

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
