Indeed, I'd rather it showed *something*! Considering my foot was actually sore when it was done there should be something to see, I think.

*settles on the bench* poor you jacs having conjunctivitus on top of the other stuff :-( My voice is ridiculous, i speak and odd sounds nothing like my usual voice come out .. I am hoping that tomorrow after a good sleep I can at least doa little run, nothing since saturday ..

Did 7 really muddy, slightly hilly miles today to test drive the new Inov8s
I must say I like them very much so far.

The park had very deep mud and flooding still. And it had been ages since I ran in the local woods.
Oh and I suprised a couple of rats getting jiggy with it in the park :-)

I'm 21 miles down now after a hip injury :-( not sure what they problem was but I've rested it and it's been ok this week. To make myself feel better I signed up for the Blyth Valley 10k in April. Hope everyone else's training is going ok?

:) No - can't keep up with the b*****r - but just wait till I get going with FIRST - then perhaps the boot will be on the other foot :) Or I just need an entirely downhill race - he can't run downhill :)

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
