Happy Bithday Doogs, sorry to hear about the family. Hope they all recover soon. You're going to be doing a lot of running round after people for the next few weeks I think.

Lurgywatch update: Chest - less tight. Aches - fewer and less noticeable. Throat - less swollen. Tiredness levels - considerably reduced. Headache - gone. I have kit with me. I will run/walk, shamble or run home, as the mood takes me at the time. Not sure any painting will get done tonight as (a) there are pancakes to be made/eaten, and (b) we are off to a pub quiz at 9. Day's leave tomorrow. Painting will continue apace then. |

Bless – thank you, everyone (especially No celebrating at w**k (apart from doughnuts) because it’s super-busy today (new minions to induct, etc) but looking forward to presents, etc, when I get home. Then it’s, in order: my dad, nana, OH / son (same day), daughter, aunt and mum, all of whom have birthdays in March! I wonder what they put in the water in June… |

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2014 thread. Here is the groups link: http://www.fetcheveryone.com/groups-view.php?id=1147
All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
