Ran home from the in-laws after spending aaaages explaining to SFIL what would happen if he cancelled their Sky subscription. We did a lot of repeating ourselves. And repeating ourselves. I even took the sky card out and demonstrated. He's not demented in any way, just terminally dim bless him. MIL is very sweet but even worse. The run was not a success. Less than four miles and it made my foot ache despite the taping and now my ITB has started to hurt badly. That always happens if I don't run at least every other day. I am v. grumpy tonight.

I think I may have caught Som's cough. It could be worse - my nana's still in the hospital (broken hip) with my aunt two floors below (acute asthma, which turns out to be accompanied by some sort of heart defect - eek). Giiven that and that my dad's just picked up acute bronchitis, I think I've got off lightly. Well done, runners / racers and for DQ. Night off for me but hoping for a gentle run tomorrow night...

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
