Morning. Porridge here too, intervals will be before dinner tonight as Mr fleecy is out. It's funny, I seem to be in the habit of afternoon runs right now, I must have got used to them I reckon.
Good luck racers!!

Best of luck racers :) I hope that you have Star's weather and not the grey and windy day we have here!

I've been dallying, should have left an hour or more ago. Jus having a last cuup of tea - have lost a bit of my enthusiasm for 4 hours on my feet

Rosehip - they are 268s and came from sportshoes.com
They weren't cheap. In fact they were the most expensive shoes I have ever bought (I include non-running shoes in that) but I did get free delivery and a further 10% off using the code .B. put on here :-)

Good luck to all runners and racers today! Have a wonderful day :-)

I'm off to work......

Hmm I seem to be at Silverstone again, rain predicted at 2 pm that gives me exactly 2 hours to get around - no way!

*looks at grey skies - puts shorts away* - morning peeps - I have an LSR planned for a bit later - boys have requested American pancakes for breakfast (we bought bargain bottle of maple syrup in Aldi yesterday), so I will have to wait for those to go down. Probably quite good fuel though :) I have plotted a route that takes me to some pastures new so I am quite excited :)
