Rather later than expected-I knew he was going to Birmingham today and when I asked him when he'd be back he merely said 'in time to pick them up'. He came in to collect some stuff but didn't even say hello to me or even put his head round the sitting room door. He's always going on to me about how rude I am. Bloody double standards!

Ran up the Clifford Tower steps twice too. Was fun. But sounds like politics and infighting is troubling our run group at the moment

I associate it with people of my generation and older, whereas you are so young and a product of a modern or post-modern society - i.e. my kids' age.

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
