Currently on 95.92 for the month. I guess that means a 4.08 mile toddle this evening, otherwise I'll be even more brain-fried (read blog for more details, if you are particularly bored).

I'm sure it will make me feel better to do it, as well.

Carp - I've had PF in the past and managed to self-treat it with rolling the heel on both a golf ball and a frozen bottle of water. Look at the shoes you are wearing when not running, too - I'm sure mine was caused by too flat pumps that I wore to work.

Hello to everyone else. I send good vibes to you all.

xx

Teen 1, who is allergic to any form of exercise, still loves volunteering at parkrun.

Foot not terribly painful this morning, but definitely not right. It's under the centre of my foot and along the arch. I'm thinking of doing the planned 7 miles later and seeing how that goes before deciding on Sunday's 20.

I don't really know what to do. I don't want to stop running if it isn't absolutely necessary.

I have been having problems with my feet recently Carp, rolling on a hard ball and massage/pressure point on the feet has helped. I hope your foot improves

There is also a good stretch (well sort of) that was in RW a while back that I find helps - standing you cross one leg over the other and put the foot of the crossed leg on the floor with the toes against the floor, instep uppermost, curving the foot (rather like a ballet dancer would, but with the top of the foot toward the floor) - hold for as long as you want, release & repeat with the other leg. I can't find a picture!!

Just Fleecing-well Do It
Combat and Pump were flipping hard work today! Mr fleecy has just told me that he's taking both kids to the football tomorrow so I have rejigged my plan to do tempo tomorrow afternoon and intervals on Sunday evening. Phew, I don't really have time to do intervals today and my legs are tired. It'll be good to do tempo first as well I think. 8 miles again, yuckity-yuck-yuck. It's a pity as I could have done nearly 90 miles in February but my legs will say thank you :)

I'm feeling even more rubbish today than I did yesterday and my tongue is sore too. I would be ill the week I have to work every day :-( Struggling at work today-I nearly cancelled, except I don't have time to fit everyone in again.
Have cancelled my night out tonight, it will be another early night :-(

Ok, I need to drag my poor neglected bike out of the shed, hope the tyres aren't too flat and head into town.

It's geographic tongue Fleecy. Which is red patches with a white edge to them, so they look a bit like a map! I get it sometimes, perhaps a sign of being run down.
