Took my rather mashed legs for a recovery run tonight - hoping it, plus some dutiful foam rollering, will get rid of the aches :(

Yes FML, spectacular hugs. We are the Supreme Team :-)

No painting tonight. We're both knackered. And we've had to choose a different colour paint for the hall as we don't like the first one we chose (and also because it's been discontinued and we bought silk instead of matt and now there's no more left). Decorating is exhausting.

6 tempo miles home tomorrow night. Or maybe I'll do the fartleks that I was supposed to do on Tuesday.

Just Fleecing-well Do It
J*C has quite a collection of knobbly ones, I hear :) My roller was cheap and cheerful. The kids usually sit on it or bash each other with it.

Mine is a 66fit or something - it was very reasonable - from Amazon. I do also have a triggerpoint ball which is very good for feet & piriformis - got that for Xmas from rather perplexed MiL :)

Does it matter if you foam roller at the same time as drinking a large glass of red wine???

Relaxation and all that :-)
