Just Fleecing-well Do It
Urgh. Ran back from uni, 12.5 miles at 9.30 min miles. I feel a bit sick, very tired but happy to have done the longest run of the plan! It's uphill most of the way from uni too :)
Now all I need to do is run 45 seconds a mile faster for that far and an extra 0.8 miles and I'll get a PB :) Hopefully the race won't involve arsong about with stiles and squishy canal paths though (I did stop my watch a few times!)

I'm not at all jealous of that distance :) Lovely day for a run though, specially somewhere with views :)
I still feel sick. Weird, I don't usually have problems feeling sick after a run unless it's intervals too soon after a meal.

i ran by the sea today, over to Cooden and got the train home. I actually hadn't eaten enough and the last mile was a bit tough, so when i got to the station i bought a snickers .. much smaller than they used to be, but still tasty :-)
